Tourist Attractions
From May to July you can Whale sharks watch and from June to November Humpback whales. Whale sighting is even possible from the shore on the cruise to Exmouth. Some even describe it as more beautiful than the Great Barrier Reef.
activities
The reef is only a maximum of 100 m from the shore in places, so it is not only an excellent diving spot, but is also well suited for snorkeling.
Excursions to the Cape Range NP start from Exmouth, sometimes all-wheel drive is required. Diving excursions, whale watching, glass-bottom boat trips or a view of the transmission systems of the US naval radio station with 388 m high masts are possible.
A detour to Coral Bay with its beautiful beaches and coral populations, is one more thing to consider before getting back on the highway. Here, too, there is the possibility of snorkeling or a trip on the glass-bottom boat.
