Sumy region - Obwód sumski

Sumy region - one of the 24 circuits Ukraine. It is located in the north-eastern part of Ukraine, near the border with Russia. They are the capital of the region Totals.

In the north and east, the oblast is bordered by Russia, with Russia Bryansk region, Kursk and Biełgorodzki. To the south and west it borders with Kharkiv region, Poltava and Chernihiv.
