The main reliefs of the island are Monte Tumu (494 m) and Picco Sunu'itao (233 m), both lower than the highest peak of nearby Olosega: Monte Piumafua with its 639 m.

By car

Route 20 starts from the village of Ofu and runs all along the southern coast. After having bypassed the Sunu'itao Peak from the north, it passes over a bridge that connects it to Olosega.
