The Oława (German: Ohle) is a 100 km long tributary of the Or in the southwest Poland in the voivodeship Lower Silesia. It is very popular with canoeists and anglers.

Run

The Ohle arises in Sudeten foothills and flows north to the Oder, where it flows into Breslau. It flows through:

• Ziębice
• Strzelin
• Wiązów
• Oława
• Siechnice
• Wroclaw
