Understand
Belovezhskaya Pushcha ((pl) Puszcza Białowieska) is a primary forest that straddles the border between the Poland and the Belarus. Belovezhskaya National Park covers the Belarusian part of the forest which was designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1979.
