By train
- 2 Parma Station (north of the city, 10 min of the Center) – The station is regularly served by trains to Bologna Where Milan : about one per hour in each direction. Parma is an hour and a half from Milan and about an hour from Bologna.
By car
The city is accessible by highway which connects the city of Bologna to the one of Milan.
Circulate
City bus 2 € on board, 1,2 € in store. – Many city buses are available through multiple domestic lines. Domestic lines are very frequent and some run up to about thirty kilometers from the city center.
Bikes for hire consult the tourist office. – Bicycles are available for self-service, provided by the city. Bicycle routes are planned. The city does not have cycle paths, the circulation of bicycles being done on the sidewalks.

Huge monument, it is the palace occupied by the Farnese family. It was partially destroyed in 1945 by an Allied bombardment. It includes the following museums:

One of the most important medieval monuments in Europe. The baptistery marks a beautiful transition between the Romanesque and Gothic styles. Its painted dome and painted walls are to be seen.
