Penneshaw is a locality on the Kangaroo Island in South Australia. It is located on the northeast coast of the Dudley Peninsula, which forms the eastern part of Australia's third largest island.

Penneshaw is the island's main ferry port. The ferries from Cape Jervis arrive here several times a day 1 SeaLink Ferry Terminal which lies on the mainland Fleurieu Peninsula.
