What see

  • 1 Co-cathedral of St. Nicholas. The church, with three naves and three presbytery, is located in a late Gothic building, of the type ofHallenkirche, that is, it has naves of equal height under the same roof. In the second half of the 16th century the temple was rearranged in the Renaissance style. Two four- and six-seater stalls remain, dated 1568 and 1569. They are the work of Georg Tischler of Kežmarok. A large organ with early Baroque ornaments and a statue of Archangel Michael on top was built on the western tribune in 1634. Leaning against a column between the presbytery of the central and southern aisles is a baptismal font in red marble with a copper lid. Opposite, on the northern side of the central presbytery you can admire a pulpit with a golden decoration in relief and a tall statue of the Good Shepherd on the roof.
Cathedral of the Holy Prince Alexander Nevsky
  • 2 Cathedral of the Holy Prince Alexander Nevsky. The church is built in the spirit of the traditions of Russian Orthodox architecture. It is decorated with five onion-shaped domes reminiscent of the typical architecture of old Tsarist Russia and was consecrated in February 1950.
  • Fountain of Neptune, via Hlavná.
