Pristina (Albanian Prishtina or Prishtinë, Serbian Pristina) is the capital and largest city of the Kosovo.

By plane
15 km southwest of the city near the M 9 trunk road is the international one Pristina airport(IATA: PRN). From the German airports Dusseldorf and Munich there are daily direct flights departing from Eurwings be performed. Swiss flies daily from Zurich, Austrian Airlines daily from Vienna, Adria Airways daily from Ljubljana. SAS Scandinavian Airlines operates the Pristina-Copenhagen route once a week and offers connections to its entire route network in the Nordic countries. There are also buses to several times a day Skopje.

- 1 Bear Forest Prishtina. The Bear Forest Pristina (own name Bear Sanctuary Prishtina; Albanian Pylli i Arinjeve Prishtina) is a bear enclosure in Kosovo around eight kilometers as the crow flies east of the city of Pristina and is open to visitors from February to December.

As in the whole of Kosovo, many shopping centers and supermarkets have sprung up in Pristina. There are branches of internationally known textile retailers such as H&M.
