Rydzyna Commune - the commune is situated in the southern part Greater Poland Voivodeship, in the direct neigbourhood Leszno (about 10 km), in Leszno district. The area of ​​the commune is shaped by three picturesque lands: the Leszczyńska Plain, Wał Bojanowski and the Polish Trench Depression separating them. The commune covers an area of ​​135.56 km², is inhabited by about 8,260 inhabitants, and its seat is in the city Rydzyna. Neighbors with five communes of the Wielkopolska Province: Święciechowa, Osieczna, Krzemieniewo, Monday, Bojanowo and the city Leszno and the commune of Góra (Lower Silesia).
