Santa Rosa de Toay is the capital of the province La Pampa in Argentina. The up-and-coming, modern city has around 100,000 inhabitants.

Until 2006 there was a train fromb Buenos Aires to Santa Rosa, but the connection was closed after floods. It is planned to revive them.
