Saveh is a large city in the province of Markazi in Iran.

Saveh is known as "the city of the pomegranate" and is the center of this fruit in Iran. It is located approximately 130 km southwest of Tehran at an altitude of 995 m. There is a large industrial district with the name of Kaveh in Saveh.
