  • 1 Collegiate Church of Saint Piat  – Dean of the churches of the Lille metropolis (13th century) The Saint Piat collegiate church houses the relics of Saint Piat, an ancient martyr from the 3rd century. Under its choir, you will discover one of the rare ancient crypts of Nord-Pas-de-Calais in which is the tomb of Saint Piat and the well whose beneficial water was supposed to relieve the sick. Since the 13th century, wars and reconstructions have made the building a site with eclectic styles (Romanesque, Gothic, etc.) which nevertheless maintains a beautiful harmony. In the bell tower, the chime of 42 bells is considered one of the fairest in Europe. Guided tour by reservation at the Seclin Tourist Office
  • 2 Notre-Dame Hospital  – Founded in the 13th century. by Countess Marguerite de Flandre (1202-1280), the Notre-Dame de Seclin hospital has a special place in the regional heritage, because it clearly illustrates the parallel evolution of medical conceptions and hospital architecture in the North of France from the 13th to the 19th century. Nowadays, behind an apparent calm, nurses and doctors are still working. If you are lucky, perhaps you will come across a Sister Augustine who will be able to share some secrets with you… Guided tour by reservation at the Tourist Office.
  • 3 Monumental Gate of the Center Cemetery  – The portal of the cemetery in the center of Seclin was built around 1808 according to the plan of the Lille architect Benjamin Dewarlez (1767-1819).
