Sint-Amandsberg is a part of Ghent and is located east of the city center, adjacent to Oostakker and Gentbrugge. Sint-Amandsberg has 23,143 inhabitants (2007), making it the largest sub-municipality of the city in terms of population (after Ghent itself).

- Take a walk through the vast Sint-Baafskouter Park, this is a former landfill that has been redeveloped as a recreational nature reserve.
- Swimming in the renovated Rozebroeken swimming pool. There is a sports area around the pool.
