The Soła is a mountain and tributary of the Vistula in Poland. It is popular with canoeists.

The Soła rises in the Polish part of the Jablunkau mountainous region above the village of Rycerka Górna close to the border with Slovakia. The source of the Soła is about 13 km south of the sources of Olsa and Vistula. The river initially runs north-northeast and separates the Silesian and the Saybuscher Beskids. Below Żywiec becomes the Soła on its further north to the city Kęty dammed several times, the largest of these reservoirs is the Żywiec reservoir. The Soła flows a few meters from the Auschwitz concentration camp and flows into the Vistula 1 km northeast of the former concentration camp.
