To know

rows just outside Stellenbosch

Located at the entrance to the Eerste (First) river valley, Stellenbosch was the second colonial settlement of the current South Africa after Cape Town from which it is about fifty km.

In the city center and in the valley there are still the mansions built by the colonists on the example of the houses of Amsterdam. The new buildings were built with respect for tradition to ensure a homogeneous urban style.

Stellenbosch is also a university center and the student population helps to give it a lively character.
