Tarbes is a town and the capital of the department of Hautes-Pyrenees in the South West of France. It is also the historic capital of the Bigorre.
Understand
Dominated by the Pyrenees, Tarbes is a city marked by its military history and the renewal of its industry. Its gardens serve as showcases for the rich residences of former industrialists or notables. We have fun in old factories. We honor the horse (Equestria, Haras National ...), the army (statue and birthplace of Marshal Foch, museum of the Deportation and Resistance, museum of the Hussars ...) and the Pyrenees (fountain of the Four - Valleys, House of the Pyrenees National Park ...). You can enjoy the tranquility of the climate just a stone's throw from the spas or winter sports.
