The Tonzyna (Polish: Tążyna) is an approx. 50 km long tributary of the Vistula in the northern Poland in the voivodeship Kuyavian Pomeranian.

The Tonzyna arises in the Kujawier Lake District at Inowrocław and ends at Ciechocinek in the Vistula. It is very popular with canoeists.
