Near Bieńkowice
The Psina (German: Zinna) is a more than 50 km long tributary of the Or in the southwest Poland in the voivodships Opole and Silesia. It is very popular with canoeists and anglers.
Run
The Psina rises in the Leobschützer Loesshügelland at the foot of the Zuckmanteler Berglands at Głubczyce and flows northeast to the Oder, where it is in Racibórz flows out. It had been the border river between Poland and Moravia since the early 12th century.
