Theisland of Rab is an island of Croatia.
Understand
The west coast of the island offers, for the price of an hour's walk along forest paths, a multitude of small, almost wild coves. You are not inconvenienced by the crowd, even if the incessant passage of motor boats can be annoying. The water is clear, suitable for freediving. The ground, stony, not very pleasant to lie down. In comparison, the nearby Bay of Kampor is rather muddy and crowded in summer.

To go
By ferry
There are several ferry connections to the island of Rab:
- Rijeka - Rab, a fairly long bond.
- Jablanac - Mišnjak (to the south-east), much shorter.
- Baška - Lopar (to the north), which starts fromIsland of Krk, itself connected to the mainland by a bridge (free in the opposite direction to leave the island of Krk if you arrive by ferry).
The last two being shorter, they are probably less expensive, but above all, they offer a stopover in charming port villages (Baška, Jablanac).
