Tourist Attractions
- Yali Damı Sığınağı. This underground city was discovered by chance during excavation work in 1972 and a year later it was partially opened for viewing. The management of this facility was initially the responsibility of the local muezzin, who, due to the increasing number of visitors, passed this task on to the local museum administration. About 10 rooms for living, sleeping and storage can be seen in the complex. A wine cellar could also be identified. It is interesting that the locking discs at the entrances, which at least have a diameter of almost 2 meters and weigh 500 kg, were manufactured within the city. Overall, the part that can be visited is only a fraction of the entire facility. Overall, the size of the facility is estimated at around 20 floors.Open: Daily 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.Price: 3 TL entry.
- Belha Manastır. A monastery from Byzantine times.
