The Ionian Islands is its archipelago Of Greece in the Ionian Sea. They are located along and near the west coast of mainland Greece and more specifically Epirus, Mainland Greece and Peloponnese. With the exception of Kythera which is located south of the Peloponnese, the Ionian Islands have enough vegetation because they receive frequent rainfall.

How to get there
By air
THE Corfu, the Kefalonia κι η Zante have airports while the Lefkada is within walking distance (19 km) from the airport at Aktio law's Etoloakarnania.
By road
THE Lefkada is the only one connected by road to the mainland Hellas.
