Generally
THE Kaloskopi is located in the mountain range of Giona with 358 inhabitants and at an altitude of 1100 m. Its first name was Koukouvista. The new name was given from the "good point of view", facing from above the wide wide horizon. The village is located in the middle of a dense forest of firs, while on the south side the forest on the slope of Lyritsa with plane trees, walnuts, oaks, cherries and apples complete the green landscape. Nestled at the foot of Giona, east of the village is Mount Kallidromo, west Vardousia, north Oiti and south Parnassos. Kaloskopi has abundant spring waters that overflow the stone hollow fountains and irrigate the gardens of the houses. Cunning (in honor of the homonymous chief of 1821) is a mountain village in the prefecture of Fokida with 196 inhabitants. The village was formerly known as Dremissa (which is also used today among the inhabitants of Fokida) until its renaming in February 1915. The Pavliani is a mountain village in the prefecture Fthiotida. It is located in a dense fir forest and today is a fast growing tourist destination. It is built at an altitude of 1,040 meters on the slopes of Oiti and is one of the most mountainous settlements in the prefecture of Fthiotida. Its population, according to the 2011 census, amounts to 498 inhabitants (Nea Pavliani or Kato Pavliani [131] and Pavliani or Ano Pavliani [367]).
