Ad-Dakhla, former Spanish name Villa Cisneros, is a city in the Western Sahara. It is located just before the southern tip of an approximately thirty kilometers long and 2-3 km wide headland on the Atlantic. The district north of the airport on the bay side is called Douar Lasker (دوار العسكر).
