The Beauce is a natural and historic region in Quebec to Canada.

Understand

Beauce has no fixed borders, but roughly encompasses the Chaudière River valley since leaving the Megantic lake until its confluence in the St. Lawrence River. It is particularly renowned for the maple syrup that it produces every spring.
