History

A small village in the commune of Mieścisko, 12 km south-east of Wągrowiec, mentioned in 1364. There is a small neo-Romanesque in the village church of st. Wojciech from 1848-1858. There is a painting in the main altar The sermon of St. Wojciech.

There is also a red granite erratic boulder called Stone of Saint Adalbert, the second largest erratic boulder in Greater Poland. 20.5 m circumference, 1.3 m high, the oldest protected erratic boulder in Poland (since 1840).
