Perlis The smallest state of Malaysia Kedah The Kedah is considered the country's rice reserve. The landscape is made up of rice fields and plains topped with limestone hills. Penang The state of Penang is made up of a mainland, located at the southern end of the Kedah, and an island part made up of the island of Penang Perak The Perak was a region rich in iron deposits which were the source of mining development in the XIXe century.
