- 1 Rocket roundabout – Located at the entrance to the city, this roundabout has been welcoming motorists since 2003 with an almost exact reproduction of the Tintin rocket, recalling the annual organization until 2008 of a tintinophile festival. Thanks to the presence of an additional row of checkerboards on the rocket, it escaped the destruction requested by the company managing the works of Hergé for unauthorized reproduction.
- 2 City Hall 1 place Génissieu – During the 1870s, the municipal council of Chabeuil decided to build a prestigious building to house the town hall. Inaugurated in 1880, of neo-medieval Gothic inspiration, it was then completed by a campanile imitating the Palazzo Vecchio in Florence.City Hall
- 3 Fortified gate Génissieu square – Erected in the Middle Ages, this gate located opposite the bridge crossing the Véore is one of the three that the city had at that time. We can see the arms of the family of Grimaldi, added to the XVIe century, as well as the revolutionary motto The Nation, the Law decorated with a royal crown.Fortified gate
- 4 Hotel of the princes of Monaco 5 rue Correcterie – This mansion dating from XVIIe century, now a private residence, according to legend lodged the princes of Monaco during their passage through the city. It is more likely that it housed the tax collectors of the Monegasque principality, Louis XIV having handed over the income from the land of Chabeuil to the princes Grimaldi in 1647 following services rendered to the kingdom of France.
- 5 Convent of the Ursulines 3 rue Mazet – This porch and its pediment are the only vestiges of the former Ursuline convent, a congregation of sisters who worked in the city for the education of girls and for the care of the sick and needy. It was closed during the dissolution of religious congregations during the Revolution, after more than 200 years of service in the city.

- 10 Place Marie-Pelline Grimaldi – Square offering a point of view overlooking the city on the Massif Central. The name of the square recalls the close links between the Principality of Monaco and the city of Chabeuil, the seigneury of Chabeuil having been a stronghold of Monegasque rulers from the middle of the XVIIe century until the Revolution.
- 11 Church of St. John the Baptist – Built in the middle of XIXe century replacing the Saint-Andéol church, this church in the shape of a Greek cross is decorated inside in a neo-Byzantine style. A Virgin and Child is located below the building, erected in memory of the mission of the Redemptorist Fathers who came to preach in Chabeuil in 1874.Church of St. John the Baptist

Currently the vaulted room on the ground floor, property of the town hall, regularly hosts exhibitions.
- 13 Neyrieu castle cemetery street – This private property, visible only from the outside, belonged to the Marquis de Neyrieu. The current facade is the result of work undertaken at the end of the XIXe century which allowed the decoration of the pediment and the installation of the balustrades.
- 14 Underground cemetery street – Undergrounds starting from the castle of Neyrieu and passing under the hill located on the other side of the street were used as refuge during the Second World War for the inhabitants of Chabeuil.

It is a typical example of the modernity of the sacred art of XXe century with a reinforced concrete building in a sober style and stained glass windows adorning a convex facade.
