Chhukha (མེ་ སྦི་ ས་ or Chukha or Mebisa) is a city of Western Bhutan.
To know
Chhukha is a relatively new city centered around a hydroelectric power station. Although located in a lush and attractive valley, the city itself resembles a jumble of houses moved from New York.
It is informally considered to be the economic and financial capital of Bhutan; it hosts the most important banks, companies and companies.

Chukha is about three hours from Thimphu is Phuentsholing.
By bus
Buses en route between Thimphu and the border passes over the city, so there is no real local stop.
