mother church
- 1 Church of Santa Maria Maddalena (mother church), Piazza Matrice. Predominantly Baroque in taste, it contains valuable local works of art. Among the works of art of the sixteenth century preserved in the church, the arch in local stone of the chapel of Saints Simone and Taddeo, a marble polyptych attributed to Giacomo Gagini, a small wooden Crucifix and the Spasimo di Sicilia by Simone de Wobreck should be mentioned. Of value is the stucco decoration of the apse from 1622.

St. John Baptist
- 2 Church of San Giovanni Battista, Via Santa Croce, 29. The church has a basilica plan with three naves divided by two orders of five columns, in Doric-Roman style, the main tribune has eighteenth-century decorations. The presbytery, built in the shape of a basin, contains a room that houses the crucifix.
- 3 Church of Santa Maria del Carmine, Via S. Sebastiano, 23. The current appearance is due to the interventions of the eighteenth century which ended with the reopening for worship on April 26, 1787.
Church of San Francesco d'Assisi
- 4 Church of San Francesco d'Assisi, Via Roma, 5. The interior, intact in its spatiality, has come down to us in the neoclassical decorative form of the late eighteenth century. The church also preserves a large part of the artistic heritage which the religious of the Order of Friars Minor Conventual endowed it, including the valuable painting of the Immaculate Conception by Vito D'Anna (1766) and a Crucifix made in mixture by Antonello Gagini in the 1521.
