By car
- A1 Milan-Naples motorway - Colleferro has its own toll booth on the autosole, which can also be used to reach neighboring municipalities.
- State Road N. 6 - Casilina - Colleferro is crossed by the important road artery represented by the Casilina State Road, which connects the city of Rome with Frosinone, Cassino, Caserta up to Capua.
- Palianense Provincial Road - The Palianense is a provincial road that connects Colleferro to the cities of Paliano, Bellegra, Olevano Romano and others in the Ciociaria hinterland.

In Colleferro there are two post offices, the main one in Largo San Francesco, 1, the other on Via Casilina km.49. All the offices have a postal and Bancoposta service. Hours are generally 8-19 from Monday to Friday, 8-12 on Saturdays and are closed on Sundays.

Since 10 June 2010, the municipality of Colleferro has provided the two historic squares of the city, Piazza Italia and Piazza Mazzini, with the Wi-Fi service, thanks to the initiative of the Province of Rome, province wi-fi, while from 5 January 2011, the municipality has provided the municipal library with a Wi-Fi connection.
