Courland (Kurzeme) is the westernmost of the regions of Latvia.

Urban centers
- 1 Dundaga - Town with a 13th century castle built by the archbishop of Riga.
- 2 Kandava - Bathed by the Abava river, Kandava is a historic town subject to the Livonian order of chivalry who erected a castle here.
- 3 Kuldīga - With interesting churches.
- 4 Liepāja - Important port on the coastal strip that separates the Baltic Sea from the lagoon of the same name, 180 km from the capital Line.
- 5 Roja - A small fishing village.
- 6 Sabile - Village renowned for the production of wines.
- 7 Talsi - Pretty town of 10,000 inhabitants, nicknamed "the green pearl of Courland".
- 8 Tukums - Town of about 20,000 inhabitants Tukums it is bathed by the Slocene river among very green hilly landscapes.

Other destinations
- 1 Chief Kolka (Kolkasrags) - The extreme northern tip of Courland is a sandy tongue that juts out into the Baltic Sea between solitary landscapes.
- 2 Engure Lake Natural Park (Engures ezera dabas parks) - Ornithological reserve established to protect the numerous birds that nest on the shores of the lake and its islets. There are facilities for campers.
- 3 Slītere National Park (Slīteres nacionālais parks) - Park that extends over a stretch of deserted coast between dunes and woods.
- 4 Ķemeri National Park (Ķemeru nacionālais parks) - A 400-hectare park between ponds and woods with a rich flora and fauna.
