The North and central coast is the region comprising most of the Pacific coast of Canada in British Columbia.

The region stretches along the Pacific coast from the 'pan handle' of theAlaska North. to Queen Charlotte Strait in the south. The most developed part of the area is along the Yellowhead Highway.
