Egg pilot (Hebrew אֵילוֹת) is a kibbutz in the southern Arava immediately north of Eilat very south of Israel.

The Kibbutz Eilot was founded in December 1962 in the north of Eilat in the immediate vicinity of the Jordanian border as the southernmost of a whole series of kibbutzim in the Arava. The economic focus was on the rearing of chickens and cows, date plantations and the operation of laundries for the hotels in Eilat.

In recent years, the Eilot Kibbutz Country Lodging has increasingly focused on tourism as an economic sector.

By plane
