- monastery San Pedro de Rodas (Catalan: Sant Pere de Rodes) on a hill. It was built by Benedictine monks in the 10th century and represents the highest embodiment of Romanesque architecture in the region. Areas on both sides of the Pyrenees belonged to his property.

... to the lighthouse "Arnella", which is located on the border with the neighboring municipality of Llansa. From here you can see the entire bay.
... to the village of La Selva de Mar, a few kilometers inland, from which El Port de la Selva later split off. In this place it seems like time stopped 60 years ago. Much of the charm of traditional folk life has been retained.
