Roses (Spanish: Rosas) is a municipality on the Spanish Mediterranean coast (Costa Brava) in the region of Catalonia between Barcelona and Perpignan. About 20,000 people live in it.
The city of Roses is located in the Comarca Alto Ampurdan (High Ampurdan) on the northern edge of the Gulf of Roses in the province of Gerona.

There are rental stations for cars, scooters and bicycles in the village. Taxi stand in front of the town hall. From May to the end of September you can take a boat to Cadaques. There is also a motorboat rental.

Tourist Attractions
