Tighter is a small town in the Herford district North Rhine-Westphalia.

The Widukindstadt Enger is geographically located between the Wiehengebirge in the north and the Teutoburg Forest in the south, northwest of the city Bielefeld. It was named after the Saxon Duke Wittekind, who is said to be buried here.

Tourist Attractions
- Liesbergmühle - a landmark of the city that can be seen from afar. On the 118 m high Mühlenberg you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Widukindstadt Enger and the surrounding Ravensberg hill country.
- Sattelmeierhöfe - five of the original seven stately farms still exist. In the event of war, the owners of the farms had to provide the rulers with a saddled horse and escort them.

Construction of the Kleinbahn Museum began in November 2006, and the topping-out ceremony was celebrated in May 2007. The museum officially opened on September 13, 2009. The building offers a large exhibition hall with a presentation of a diesel locomotive and two wagons. Diesel locomotives, wagons and machines let the visitor experience the time of the Herford small railways and the Bielefeld circular railways. A large number of objects from the time of the Kleinbahn could be saved and can now be viewed.
