- 1 Baronial castle. with the characteristic cylindrical tower on a square base of over 31 meters, symbol of the city, it was built in the fourteenth century by Roffredo III Caetani on a stretch of the Roman walls. However, the crenellated corner towers and the other features of a fortified palace did not prevent Giulia Gonzaga from setting up her court of writers and artists there in the sixteenth century. Since 1997 it has housed the civic museum.
- 2 Prince's Palace. Erected between 1466 and 1477, it is perhaps the work of the Catalan architect Matteo Forcimanya. Its portals, the mullioned window, the courtyard and the arcades constitute an interesting synthesis of Angevin and Gothic-Catalan elements.
- 3 Church of Santa Maria in Piazza. preceded by a wide staircase that covers the entire width of the façade, it is decorated with three portals, the central one embellished with a lunette surmounted by a rose window. The church, commissioned by Onorato II Caetani, was built at the end of the fifteenth century with a Latin cross plan and three naves. In addition to the Renaissance altars, there are preserved a ciborium dating back to 1491 and the venerated statue of the Madonna del Cielo.
- 4 St. Peter's Cathedral. It dates back to the twelfth century in its present aspect, but insists on Roman pre-existing. It houses the tomb of Cristoforo Caetani, a marble bishop's chair and a pulpit with Cosmatesque mosaics from the 13th century. There are also preserved the paintings of the Triptych of the Annunciation by Cristoforo Scacco and of the Majesty with St. Peter and St. Paul by Antoniazzo Romano.

- Church and Convent of San Francesco.
- Judea (Olmo Perino). former Jewish quarter of Fondi, it recalls the memory of an ancient Jewish stay that seems to date back to very remote times.
- Roman thermal baths.
