Gobind Ghat is a small village in the state of Uttarakhand, in India, located on the road toHemkunt Sahib, a Sikh pilgrimage site.

The place is only easily accessible from June to October. The road since Haridwar is in very poor condition.
By bus
Since Haridwar, 10 h by bus, for 250 km.
By car
It is possible to rent Jeeps with drivers at Haridwar or to Rishikesh to join Gobind Ghat. Shorter, but more expensive than by bus.

Lots of merchants of Sikh religious objects. Maybe buy a scarf to cover your head in the Sikh Temples.
Eat
You can eat for free in the Sikh Gurdwara. (Dhal and rice)
