The airport is the seat of the airlines LIAT and REDjet, which primarily use propeller planes to connect to the other Caribbean islands.

Terminals

The airport building looks like a relatively flat, elongated, uniform structure, in the middle of which a tent-shaped roof separates the departure area from the arrival area.

Coming from the parking lot, the arrival area is on the right-hand side, it is relatively new and has five large baggage carousels. Passengers from charter planes in transit to cruise ships often do not see this part at all, as they are often picked up by buses on the apron and brought directly to the passenger terminal in the port.

The departure area is located in the older and left terminal building. The counters are neatly lined up on the left-hand side, and on the right-hand side you go through the security check to the gates. While gates 1-10 are in front of the arrivals hall, gates 11 and 12 are in front of the departure area, further gates up to number 22 are written, but do not exist.
