Hluboká nad Vltavou - city in the southern part Czech, in South Bohemia.

Characteristic

The city itself is very old, dating back to the Bronze Age. There is a castle in the place of today's castle since the 14th century. Today's Hluboká sees many international tourists thanks to its well-known chateau, but in the Czech Republic, especially South Bohemia, it is also known as a luxury holiday resort. That is why you will find here many luxury hotels, a large golf course and a small marina on the Vltava River. However, it is popular with Czech tourists because it offers great cycling opportunities, ponds with clear water and a nice zoo. Houses in the city often resemble small castles as owning a house in Hluboká is very popular with the richest people from nearby České Budějovice.
