The Iłżanka is an approx. 80 km long tributary of the Vistula in the southwest Poland in the voivodships Holy Cross and Mazovia. The river is very popular with canoeists and sports anglers.

Run

The river has its source on the northern slopes of the Heiligkreuzgebirge at Szydłowiec and flows northeast to the Vistula, where it joins Lipsko flows out.
