Administratively, Cambodia is divided into 24 provinces (khêt) and one special administrative district (ang. municipality) - Phnom Penh. Each of the provinces is divided into districts (srŏk) and krŏng - cities with district rights. 159 districts and 26 cities with district rights were separated. Three of the krångs constitute cities separated by provincial rights: Kêb, Pailĭn, Preăh Sihanŭk. The Municipality of Phnom Pehn is divided into 8 khand. Districts are made up of municipalities (khŭm). There are 1,417 municipalities throughout the country. Each khand of the cities of Phnom Pehn and krŏng is divided into a sangkat.

Accommodation
The hotel base in tourist places, such as Siem Reap, is on a decent level. However, on the so-called the province is completely missing.
Cambodia is not a safe country, you have to be very careful about thieves who often ride scooters with impunity and tear off tourists' bags or phones.
In districts where tourists stay, there are organized groups that use scooters / motorbikes to move around and "hunt" for visitors.
