In the area of the Caribbean coast lies the Lake Izabal (Lake Izabal), which is also a major tourist attraction in Guatemala. It is the largest lake in Guatemala and flows into the Caribbean Sea through the Rio Dulce. Compared to other countries, Guatemala only has a small share of the Caribbean. In the north the Caribbean coast runs in Belize further south in Honduras. The main cities on the Guatemalan east coast are Puerto Barrios and Livingston.
