Csongrád County - the county in the south-eastern part Hungarian. To the north it borders with Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok county, from the east with the county of Békés, from the south with Romania and Serbiaand from the west with Bács-Kiskun county. It is included in the "Southern Hungarian Plain" (Dél-Alföld) statistical region.
