Land - one of the historical and ethnographic regions that make up today Slovenia. It was part of the Old Reich. From 1364 the Duchy of Land, from the 19th century also the crown country of Austria-Hungary. Traditionally, it is divided into the Upper Land (Gorenjska), the Lower Land (Dolenjska) with the White Land (Bela krajina) and the Inner Land (Notranjska).
