KwaZulu-Natal (often abbreviated to "KZN", African: Kwazulu-Natal/Kwazulu-Natal, Zulu and English: KwaZulu-Natal, Xhosa: IPhondo yaKwaZulu-Natala) is a province of South Africa, the capital is Pietermaritzburg. KwaZulu-Natal is the home of the Zulus. Departing clockwise from the north, it borders Mozambique, the Indian Ocean, the Eastern Cape province in the south, the kingdom Lesotho, the province Free State, the province Mpumalanga and Swaziland.
