La Aldea de San Nicolás is a municipality on the west coast of Gran Canaria.

La Aldea de San Nicolás, also known by its former official name San Nicolás de Tolentino, is located in the west of the island of Gran Canaria. When you get closer to the place, the first thing you notice are the huge greenhouses under which tomatoes, eggplants, avocados and other fruits are grown. The port is located on the coast about three kilometers away Puerto de la Aldea.

By plane
The international 1 Gran Canaria Airport(IATA: LPA) is located about 93 km by road and 18 km south of the island's capital Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and is about that GC-200 and to reach. The airport is served by many airlines, most flights connect the island with Germany and Great Britain.
