From Montreal, Quebec Where Wolf River, take Autoroute 20 east until its end, then continue on Route 132 east. From Quebec, it is a journey of 8 h 30 road to get to Gaspe.
Since route 132 goes around the Gaspé Peninsula, it is also the access route to the region from the South of the Gaspé.
Route 299, passing through Murdochville, joins Gaspé from route 132 by Upper Gaspé.
