The best known regional specialty is Chugchucara, elsewhere also as "Fritada" called, that is pork and here with a particularly large amount of crispy fried crust, it is served together with popcorn, avocado, plantains and other side dishes. If you like a crusty roast pork, you will surely find it here too. Chugchucara comes in ample portions, but quite "dry" because it doesn't have a sauce on the table.
